Welcome to TCESL 2010

We are proud to announce the formation of the Tri-County Elite Soccer League to service the soccer communities of Tuscarawas, Holmes, Stark and Carroll counties. The league is sanctioned by Ohio Youth Soccer Association North (OYSAN) and the league is the first of its kind in the region. Unlike many regional leagues, Tri-County Elite will have many features that set it apart when it comes to quality of service, style of competition, league management, training and premiere tournament participation opportunities.
